Each voice note is a chance to say:

“You’re not alone. I’ve been there too.”

This isn’t about perfect audio. It’s not about sounding inspirational.

It’s about being real.

It's about sharing what you wish someone had told you when you needed it most.

🔹 How to Contribute

Recording your voicenote takes less than 60 seconds, but what you say could last a lifetime in someone else’s mind.

• RECORD - Record your voicenote using voice memos on your phone

• PERMIT - On the form, you'll be able to choose your permissions, don't worry, all notes are anonymous on our website, your permissions allow us to use your voicenotes across social media for marketting the campaign.
